If you encounter any being, do your best to approach them and have a conversation with them. They usually appear to convey information to you. Always be sure to get their name, so you can call upon them again in the future. Think of these beings as Guides in your Inner World. They are helpful. Don’t be alarmed if you see a celebrity or fictional character; many beings will present themselves to you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Over time, they may change appearances or reveal their authentic appearance as one of your guides. Do not underestimate the power of a fictional character’s teaching. Let your imagination come alive through them. Encountering any being is a potent wisdom stream available to you should you engage.

Big Cats are a sign of a potent frequency. They activate a deeply primal hunter within. Listen to your inner senses. They must guide you now. Spend some time in silence. Let your instincts take over. Trust yourself. Embrace leadership and your ability to be a leader in your own way. You will experience some kind of awakening that requires you to stay sharp and focused — your senses heightened like a feline. Let go of what is no longer working and what is no longer serving you, but keep your dignity and the natural regality you possess. You have a well of courage within you.

Big Dogs are a sign of a potent frequency. Something within you needs to be unleashed. This can be the willingness to soften into your pack, the willingness to break out on your own, or something else. Notice what comes up for you around unleashed. If you were to run at full speed in any direction — what direction would your instincts take you? There is deep nourishment through play, the chase, and the hunt, but only when your instincts are sharp and your nourishment reserves fully stocked, can you tap into everything amazing about you. Whenever the Big Dog shows up, evaluate your relationship to your pack and to yourself; evaluate your loyalty to things, people and places; evaluate how much play you have in your life, and evaluate the lifestyle blend you need in order to be well. The Big Dog is ready to go after things — the chase! the attack! — but can sometimes be a little unrefined in its execution. There may be something unruly about you at this time, but it’s important you use this energy to go after what it is you want. Have you been feeling held back anywhere? Let out the Big Dog to really go after the thing it wants.

Birds are extremely symbolic and ethereal; they represent great change coming, and they will take you somewhere new. They are guides that can transport you. They represent new beginnings in positive directions. Rise above! Broaden your perspective! These creatures are wisdom carriers, and they carry magic in the air. They are also shapeshifters; you can become them and travel to places your feet may not take you. You will find a growing collection of birds in the legend. Should you not find yours, trust it is a powerful messenger.

When a bird shows up and you don't know its breed, trust it is a sign that Spirit is with you in these moments. When you're clear, a spirited energy runs through you and you are connected to something divine. Notice what you're doing in the precise moments the bird comes to you. When you're a clear channel, God runs through you. Birds bring clarity.

You are allowed to protect your environment and whatever falls in your personal territory or space. Don’t fear the bat — Life is about to get much more spiritual. The Bat has a way of accessing information even if it can’t see it the way others do. It communicates differently. It’s time to confront your fears; trust that you’re ready! You’re so ready; the time is here. You can surrender and trust what is coming your way. Release old habits that you have outgrown, for they no longer serve you and can hold you back. Bats are often in other “bat company” so do your best to SURROUND yourself with likeminded others.

This is a powerful frequency — do not compromise! You are allowed to ask or inform what you want or what you want to happen. It may be wise for you to retreat to “hibernate” like the Bear does; seeking solitude at this time may help you reestablish boundaries, as the growth you’ve experienced has pushed past old boundaries and you’re being asked to review them. Go within and search inside yourself instead of seeking something on the outside. Bears also represent protection, especially if cubs are around.

This is a time to be intentional with your time and energy, and not waste it or spend it erratically. Take considerable care to assess your environment to ensure it’s meeting your needs; don’t be afraid to make an adjustment if needed. You must first admit what is/isn’t holding you in your space, and be brave enough to channel the beaver and “build/find” what is needed around you to ensure your den is holding you. Be mindful not to spin your tires, keeping busy just for the sake of it. Pay attention and notice your energy in the coming days and where it is going. How much is going toward rest? How much is going toward work? A person? Something else? Are you feeling balanced?

The Bee knows how to cooperate. Are there areas in your life where you can work together? Consider your connections through your support network and what you have in common. Is there a shared goal? You can trust your people want to support you. Where can you find the sweet spot? The Bee loves their work and finds it deeply fulfilling. It can point to a time of productivity and focus.

Beetles are heart healers. They are powerful symbols that take care of the dead and are deeply connected to Egyptian culture and the mummification process. Their presence is shamanic, opening up portals between worlds. Their presence is a reminder of your strength and wisdom from your experiences. Beetle wears an armour to protect itself, and calls you to evaluate the armour you have set out for yourself; does it still fit? It is preventing your growth? Do you need fresh armour for where you are now? Beetle’s presence is supportive through transformational times.

This is exciting and brave energy. Try something new! Is there something that is calling to you — or new territory you are drawn to explore? You will always be taken care of and you can trust in this. Trust in the flow of the universe, and in your seasonal rhythms. Do your best to be appreciative of the abundance and what you have. If you don’t feel that you are abundant, these animals challenge you to see he abundance that is truly there. If you look, you will see it. This is a sign of strength and deep connection to the earth’s rhythms.

This is a loud omen. This highly intelligent and adaptable bird is related to the Crow and Raven — bringing important messages to pay attention to. It’s time to choose a direction. Blue Jays are deeply connected to their family systems, and bring a message of protecting your boundaries, your sacred chosen family, and to recognize that your message is changing and adapting. You are at a time where you’re called to be more visible in the world, but also called to increase your ability to be discerning through all the increasing noise around you. The noise will continue to increase.

Like the Crow & Raven, this blue bird can mimic voices; consider your relationship with mimicry or the noises around you that are mimicking something deeper going on. The Blue Jay is actually brown, but a trick of the light passing through makes them blue. What does this bring up in you? Not everything around you is what it seems.

What would it look like to be relaxed and ease-filled in your body, while also being alert and aware of your surroundings? At this time, you need access to all your senses, Big Cat. You are being called into a time of solitude to refine aspects of your nature. By tending to your senses, you will set yourself up to be more aware of reading others. Trust your senses and when something feels off to you, as your instincts are sharp — whether you have the words to justify them or not. There may be a darkness around you in some way, and attuning your senses will help you to see it. Retreat at this time and limit what you share with others. You are moving into a brief period of reflection and analysis, and sharing with the wrong people could lead to unnecessary confusion or disputes. Keep your cards close. Stay sharp, yet relaxed.

Red bird! Red bird! Look here — pay attention! “When Cardinals are here, Angels are near.” Often a connection with the Christian faith, the Cardinal is a bold sign of hope and lightworkers present — they’re a very positive omen. It is connected to the ones we love the most, and how their spirit is around us and in us even if they are far away — physically or spiritually. This bird mates for life, deeply connected to its soulmate. They are a sign of a fortunate relationship and often are a sign of confidence! The Red Cardinal is male (females are pale brown) his Colour helping him attract his mate. Though this red bird represents a male or masculine spirit, it is deeply connected to the feminine. Balanced. The Cardinal is most territorial of his mate and his home. Representing fierce guardianship, know that your friends, chosen family, and angels are among you at this time — willing to support you with whatever you need. You are surrounded by this energy whether you realize it or not. Unburden your heart. You have company ready to help. Look around you: who are the angels in your life? God works in mysterious ways.

A long journey is coming to an end. This could be an emotional, spiritual or mental journey. A deep medicine to assist in this crossover and completion is to seek deep camaraderie. Cats remind us to remember the magic of aliveness, and how awareness and intelligence are both curious things that you have droves of. Why does the cat notice all? You are attracted to a grace and elegance right now and could learn much from observing others you find to exude this quality. What do you see in them? Note what the cat is doing when you see it in your journey, and keep an eye on the cunning characters in your life at this time.

Caution. Something might not be safe around you; proceed with caution. Stay in the background. You may need to camouflage to hide and stay safe; be patient to reveal your true colours. This creature is a shapeshifter and can hide itself when it doesn’t feel safe to be seen. It blends into its environment. Consider what you were doing when the chameleon showed up or what was going on around the chameleon for more insight. It will be time to reveal yourself soon! You’re entering a time where the pace may shift or quicken, Big Cat. Bursts or surges of energy may find you, but you’ll need ample recovery time in order to keep up with the speed. When this bird shows up, there may have been a change in your environment recently or will soon be. They appear when there are strong social connections around you sending pulses through your divine and human networks. At this time, it’s important for you to stay very focused, Big Cat. You need to be as clear as possible, as you are being summoned into a higher form of leadership somewhere in your life. You are being called to access your reserves of strength, precision, assertiveness and respect, so you are able to make swift decisions that benefit you and others involved. Notice if there are any demands being made around you at this time. You may be in a challenging situation, and Cougar energy is here to help with whatever difficult or demanding tasks may present themselves.

You have so much to offer. There is a fertility around you, and sense of abundance through community. How might these sources around you be nurtured or cared for? There may be times where you feel you need to hide and retreat in your shell. But if you have already been hiding (and you will need to be honest with yourself about this), it’s time to come out. It is safe for you to come out of your shell, as there is plenty of nourishment you need on the outside. You know this deep inside. A shift in your surroundings is coming soon — be brave and look outside yourself. You’re in a time of growth, metamorphosis and transformation where you may “try on” different expressions.

Look inward. Balance is needed at this time. Where are things not working for you? Does something feel offset? When Crane shows up, there is a nod that you are entering a time of significant abundance, but you are cautioned to find balance so you do not burn out. This is a game of longevity and prosperity. We communicate in numerous ways, and not just words. You can read body language, what isn’t said, and the energy in a space. When the dolphin shows up, examine the way you have been communicating with others, and be open that you may need to make an adjustment in your communication in order to feel clearer within yourself. Communicating goes two ways. Be sure to listen; it’s a vital part of the communication process.

You are honing something inside yourself, and you will catch a glimpse of the future. You may also carry the potential for prophecy or dreamwork. You’re about to go on a spiritual journey. If there are new things tugging at you or fresh curiosities around you, prepare yourself to take an adventure down a spirited path. This is a time to reject any preconceived notions, previous agendas, or societal norms. You are exiting a feminine time and entering a more masculine time that is charged with direction. There may be an increase in activity or stamina soon.

When Fairies show up, there are illusions or trickery around you at this time. It is a great time to check in with yourself to ensure you’re acting credibly and with respect. Proceed with caution, although you do not need to be afraid. Just aware. Fairies are a sign of extremes; something may seem REALLY WONDERFUL or REALLY HORRIBLE. Can you look again with greater curiosity? Someone might be playing games with you, or charming their way out of responsibilities you are associated with. Is someone take-take-taking from you? Notice if your boundaries have been challenged lately, or if you feel as though someone around you is playing games with you. Conversely, you may be the game-player. Fairies can lift the wool that’s been pulled over your eyes, showing you opportunities for good fortune, but it can be tricky to decipher if there are ones around you who can’t be trusted. Fairies remind us to get out in nature to clear our spirits; shake the spirit of others from your hair, and come back to your true self. When the busy-ness around you is too much, remember to return to the nature spirits to return to joy. And remember, it can be so healing to lose yourself in a game once in awhile. Fairies are funny like that. ;)

Whatever is happening around you at this time, considering taking a step back to zoom out and see things more clearly. Sometimes when we’re too head down and focused on things, we can miss the patterns around us that reveal a bigger picture at play. Spend some time in nature — preferably with a view of something — to help integrate this birds-eye-view into your reality. There is an opportunity around you right now, and only in taking a step back might you even see it. When you view things in this way, it will become clear when it is time to strike. Once you see it, you’ll be able to fully devote yourself to that vision. Remember your body is your primary teacher, and its own rhythms and practices are connected to its surroundings and what’s available to it. Bringing more attention and awareness to your own patterns and rhythms may change the picture you see entirely.

Young, new beginnings. Innocence. Wonder. New balance. There is new creative energy around and available at this time, though be aware that when a young deer comes up there may be fawning happening somewhere in your life.

A wake up call. You are surrounded by little lights of inspiration. Who around you fills you with light? Who in your waking life inspires you in ways that feeds your soul? Each one of these people illuminate something within you. You are tasked with identifying who these light sources are, but also what they illuminate within you. This is your reminder that there is a fire and a light within you, too. Something within you burns brightly, too. Look how the fireflies are drawn to you, too. It is time to take pride in yourself. It is time to let your light shine. What do the fireflies illuminate within you? You are being called to awaken your inner light. Firefly lights your path before you as if to say — go this way! Your people are this way! Your magic is this way! Pay close attention to your surroundings when firefly shows up.

Your body wants to flow. Pay attention to your emotions at this time and notice what bubbles up within you, whether that is positive or less pleasant. Your body is experiencing powerful sensations and it is important for you to deeply consider and listen to your body’s wisdom at this time. Get into a flow.

Consider evaluating your diet at this time, and shift your nourishment for the current season of life you’re in. Where are you wanting to make adjustments to your lifestyle? Take some time to review how you’ve been feeling in life these days.

When Fly shows up it is a sign that something around you is being neglected. This could be something with you or someone/thing around you. Has something started decaying or rotting around you? The fly gets your attention by annoying you. Is there something you’re ignoring or not giving enough attention to? The fly will pester you to take notice. They can be a sign that there is an influence in your life that is ready to be re-evaluated. Who have you been spending time with? What reoccurring thoughts have been racing through your head? Is anyone around you feeling like a pest? Whatever the fly is around when you encounter it is to be evaluated as flies can signify something is decomposing because it has been left unattended. If a Fly should land on you during your Expedition, take note of where it lands as this specific area may need tending or healing in some way.

It’s time to get clever! You can use your cunning abilities to be crafty and creative. Be mindful of anyone trying to trick you at this time. Are there others around you that you are feeling uncertain about? It’s not a time for you to move into a position or role leadership, but a time to observe those around you. Stay hidden! Stay stealth. Stay focused. Break out of your social conditioning and observe the ways others are around you and how they influence you. Enhance your passenger consciousness. You have all the resources you need. Read that again: You have all the resources you need! You got this.

How have you been feeling? It may be time to participate in some type of cleanse to your physical or emotional body. Your being needs to detox one of your subtle bodies: physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual (energetic). You are commencing a time of rebirth or transformation, but you will need to be a willing participant in the process.

By staying hidden you can maintain your freedom. Don’t get caught. Stay light on your feet. You may need to be quick soon. Your path toward greater alignment may not always move in a clear line, but you have your own special way of moving through the world. Trust that right now. You can be a shapeshifter and blend in to new or different crows when necessary.

Detach. Move on. Someone isn’t listening or seeing you and you are now wasting your energy with them or somewhere. Cut your losses and move on. This will keep you devoted to the greater project at hand, which you AREN’T giving up on. Find spiritual nourishment within and gain new perspectives that help you see more clearly. Is it time to surround yourself with new people or surroundings? 

The focus is on the neck; what are you not expressing or getting out? Notice the Giraffe’s long neck and flashy, exciting spotted exterior. The Giraffe is all about authentic expression. Sometimes that’s with words, and sometimes it is in other ways. How can you express yourself? What aren’t you getting out? It’s time to speak your truth.

If you always land on your feet, what are you afraid of? It’s time to start climbing something new. What new endeavours are before you? Move intentionally and in a prepared manner so you may be sure of your footing up ahead. You are not in a rush and do not need to push yourself while losing your head. But don’t let that stop you from reaching higher ground or for reaching to higher goals and targets. Keep your ego in check, learn about yourself along the way, and practice intentional footwork in life, whatever that may mean to you. Pursue your goals and be mindful of your stubborn side.

Fish are connected to your flow in life. This is a great time to examine your inner and outer world to ensure things are flowing smoothly. When the rivers within you flow with ease, wealth, abundance and prosperity flow to you, too. When the Goldfish shows up in life, it can be a sign of financial luck. In Feng Shui, the goldfish is very auspicious and brings great luck into the home.

At this time, work with the teachings and rituals of your ancestors, and lean in to your spiritual practices. You’re entering a great time where you can expect to find new meaning in familiar places. You can expect good fortune, protection, and auspicious to surround you in this next chapter.

Go under. Repeat. Investigate. You may retreat for a period of time, but will come back with an illuminated spirit, empowered by a new initiation, urge, divine will, or greater force. There is a powerful spirit that wants to run through you, though it will require some kind of intense effort on your part. You are being ushered toward a transformation. Forget the world around you. Get lost deep in your body. Whatever medicines you have found in your life, apply them now and enjoy the incredulousness of your body. Explore higher states of Consciousness at this time. Be open.

Lean on loved ones. Swim. Or Fly. Or stand tall on those legs. There is a new birth/expression coming. Looking back at your past, home, childhood, or memories is suggested at this time as it may look differently from the position you hold now.

This is a sign of deep emotional intelligence. You are being encouraged to go deeper in whatever areas of your life have been calling to you. The hippo is very strong, powerful and mystical. Can you approach things slowly or even one at a time? You may be taking in too many opinions from others or feedback that is interfering with your better judgment. At this time, make more space for rest, the arts, and creative expression. Notice where you’ve become earthbound, egotistical or trapped. Exploring other states will help reveal where the kinks are in your waking state so you can ultimately come into fullness and power. Things are not always so black and white.

Keep a low profile. Stay grounded and move about your channels with quiet grace, surrounded by your people. There is romance or flirtation around you at this time, and your friends/people seem to bring this energy to you. This is a time of great spiritual connection where you may meet new or important players that are significant to your story. Are you ready to flirt with life? Many adore and revere the Pig, and this may be a sign to find your kind of people, and let yourself move away from the ones who do not appreciate your rich dynamics. You bring sustenance, and that is invaluable to many.

This bird is connected to the Home, and the sense of Home within. Is home calling? Do you feel at home in yourself? Take some time to explore the concept of Home, and what that feels and looks like for you. It’s okay if your sense of home is changing. You may need to develop or seek new experiences to fulfill this call. There is a message coming to you soon, or has just come.

Inner Vision. Notice everything. There may be interesting encounters around you at this time. Notice sensations, tingles, feelings, visions, ideas, etc. What is popping up? Whatever strangeness or oddities are around you lately or soon, trust you’ll make sense of them in your special way. At this time, how can you bring your spirituality or spiritual practices deeper into your body? What might that mean for you personally? To be equipped with a body is a deeply spiritual and sensual thing. Without your body, the experience ends. Whether you pray, journey, meditate, or practice the art of contemplation, dial up these practices at this time to help quiet some of the noise distracting you lately. Practice stillness in the body so you may more readily recognize what you're ready to retreat from in your life, work, relationships or something else. Hone in on what is going well for you so you may streamline your sense of direction. Recognize what is overly stimulating in your environment. This creature's omen will help you recenter.

There are many messages that come through these high evolved animals, and their connection to humanity is significant. First, forgive that person. The hurt or grief does not need to hold any more space in your being, and it is safe for you to release that ache within. Do your best to be more intentional with your health moving forward. Bring your awareness to your daily habits and how you care for yourself; do your best to be a little kinder and softer to your being, elevating your health up your priority list. What have you been hiding from yourself or others? It’s okay to be the innocent, curious and mischievous little night creature you can be sometimes. Like the Fox, Raccoon is very cunning, smart and resourceful. Working behind the scenes, in the dark, or at nightfall might be something that suits the cleverness in you at this time. Don’t focus so much on what you see, but what you feel and hear, or touch. Use your hands right now; take care of those paws. More than any creature, so much of the Raccoon’s experience comes through their hands. How can you play with this?

Get started. If you’ve been thinking about something, weighing something or considering something - you’re ready to go for it. Consider the areas in your life that are out of balance, whether that is a lot or ever so slightly, and make the adjustments needed. This will help you in this new chapter. Charge ahead.

Even though some things may be scaring or intimidating you right now, you have plenty of resources available to you; more than you may readily recognize. The Rat brings caution, asking you to take stock of something, pause, and assess. Something you've been dreaming about, working on, or creating is about to have its moment. You can help it along somehow by either taking stock of your resources, removing that which has gone stale or expired, or deleting something you have simply outgrown. If you've been feeling nervous or insecure somewhere, evaluate where the pressure is coming from and reflect if you actually NEED all the things you think you need. What or who is contributing to this pressure? This can be a sign to purge something. Just remember how adaptable you are.

Raven is a sign of higher intelligence. This may be access to deep intelligence within, cognitive potential, or something more ethereal on the spiritual plane (frequencies). You’re surrounded by a higher intelligence at this time. When the Raven shows up, its often confused for the crow. This can be a sign of sometimes being misunderstood. But the Raven is larger; furrier. It is a sign of transformation to come. In an indigenous teaching, the Raven receives a reputation of being the trickster because he needed to steal the light so the world could see in a land of darkness. Once everything was illuminated and others could see, the Raven was still remembered as the thief who stole the light… even though he shared it with everyone. The Raven may prefer intimate one to one relationships, and a quieter, respectful lifestyle, but it is full of magic and intelligence — which is often misunderstood by others. When it shows up, it is a sign you are or will be receiving a loud message and will need to consider what is being revealed to you. The Raven is connected to the underworld, for it flew among the darkness before stealing the light. Seeing a Raven can be a sign of a death; of an old energy dying out and being extinguished from you — no longer in your life.

It’s time to do things on your own. You’ve reached an important personal level of awareness in your journey in collecting Life Experience, and this next phase requires going it alone. Intentionally. How can you respect your solitary process? Carefully evaluate the choices before you, and be sure to calmly, slowly, process and analyze your options before rushing to make a decision. Try taking one intentional step at a time and stay present through the process.

Land bird. Adapting. Where are you needing to use speed right now? Is there somewhere you need to be more practical or think on your feet? This is an action-oriented time for you and you would benefit from getting organized and getting your ducks in a row. There is a required mental stimulation or physical exertion at this time. Run your own course, do your own thing, but remember to still work with others creatively somehow. This will benefit you. There may not be a lot of emotional energy around you right now. Make note on what’s happening in your life at this time or in the coming time. The Rooster’s appearance is a sign of confident protection you can count on. If you’ve been timid, hiding, not using your voice, not being honest, or not expressing yourself in life (or in this time about a specific thing), trust it is your time to confidently speak up. Are you missing the little things? It’s important to pay attention to your surroundings at this time as they may reveal more than you are realizing in the moment. You’re about to or have just embarked on an important spiritual journey. Change is on its way. You may have a strong ability to get a feel for others and will be drawn to other feelers. And even though swimming upstream may be challenging at times, it always reveals new perspectives and emotional insights. Returning to your origin place or where family energy is can be very restorative at this time or in the coming future. There is much value in returning home for a period of time, whatever home feels like for you. This could be a place, a mindset, a way of life, a person, etc. Only you will know.

The sandpiper takes tiny bites of things, walking on long little legs in shallow waters. Notice what this might mean for you and your work in the world at this time, whatever you're working on or through in your personal life. When times are emotional, how might you stay grounded, active, and present? How and where might you take little bites in shallow waters? When emotions are around you, keep steady by remaining physical to help you process the emotions held in the experience. You might pick through some garbage sometimes, but you'll find yourself in healing sites that need that here and there. This is a time to stand up, stay strong with what is going on around you, and process things very physically. Consider playing with your diet and how much you take in.

It would be healthy for you to talk to someone safe about the areas/thing that is eating away at you. You also may be entering into a sexually heightened or explorative time. Notice if you are aroused in new ways, or more frequently. Bring any change in your sexuality into your awareness for closer inspection. You are entering into a period of transmutation, ready to release old toxic patterns. It would be wise to intentionally detox your physical or emotional body. And do your best to notice secrets around you… the ones you’re keeping inside, or not admitting to yourself. There is an energy inside you that risks running septic. You do not need to keep and hold things inside; honouring your temper and passion can be done with healthy outlets. Don’t explode on others, but know that your venom may already be leaking out.

When Seagull shows up, there is something you need to clean up in your life, usually in your physical reality, like home or work environment. You’re encouraged to reduce, reuse, recycle more. You are also encouraged to get yourself to a body of water or listen to water sounds to freshen your spirits. Know communication through nature around you is available to you at this time or in this place you discovered. You can communicate through botanicals and animals and water creatures to help you understand the other with greater awareness. What might these spirits teach you? May they share teachings with you for there may be fresh or old misunderstandings or miscommunication you’ve had with someone who is a significant character in your life. There may be a communication breakdown somewhere and you are called to be more mindful of non-verbal cues from others as not everyone expresses with voice. Trust your senses. And remember to fly.

The male Sea Horse gets pregnant and gives birth after the female deposits her eggs into the male’s pouch. Review the gender roles in your life, and consider how you may shift into and out of them. Nothing BELONGS to one gender extreme. If we viewed life as a spectrum, where might you land within the spectrum of female and male aspects? Must they be counterparts? There is a quest calling or coming for you, and merging and embodying all aspects of your identity are important at this time. If there is someone who needs care or support, consider how you can best be there for them. You are encouraged to go to them for your own learning.

This is a very creative time for you. Your imagination has the potential to soar to new sights. The dreamworld is ripe with information, and you may notice yourself daydreaming about all kinds of wondrous things. This is the dreamworld coming to you in your waking spirits, and a wonderful time to explore inner expeditions. You are exiting a time of challenge, completing a significant cycle in your life, and are moving into a time of integration, creativity and abundance. Notice the rhythms of your life at this time, and do not force yourself outside of this rhythm. Honour your body’s natural urges.

This is a time of heightened sensitivity for you. Be mindful of the people, food, or environments you engage with at this time, and trust what your senses are informing you with. It is your responsibility to listen to your body. Try to notice how your mood or energy shifts depending on place, what you eat, or who you are engaged with. This requires a heightened acuity: you have that. Use it now. It is important to move through your emotions at this time and not hang on to, or get stuck in one place/feeling. You are moving into a space where your ability to “see through the muck” is becoming clearer. You’re moving into a deeper place of perception of the world and those around you.

Is there something you need to let go of? Is there something you have outgrown? Allowing yourself to go through a shedding process can be very liberating, but you may need help from another. Talk to a safe person. Be brave enough to share what you are feeling with others, and set down the outdated narrative you’ve been carrying. Notice where you land on things after your discussions with others, and notice where you tend to butt heads with others. It can also be freeing at this time to make a change in your look/home.

The skunk respects and protects themselves, but also knows to prioritize play and rest so life can smell sweet like flowers. You do not need to take things so seriously. How can you spot the moments you’ve become too serious in? When things get too serious, you may start to take in other people’s energy unnecessarily, and in a distorted manner. You have permission to stand up for yourself, and put distance between you and the ones who are making your experience unpleasant. Prioritize self-care where possible. When the skunk shows up, pay attention to scents around you as they bring information with them. Prioritize the fragrances, scents and oils in your life at this time.

Slow it all waaaaay down; your eating, your moving, your thinking, your resting, your working — all of it. You are missing things. You will get to where you are going, but by moving about frantically or even chaotically, you prolong and delay your experiential potential. At this time, prioritizing your health, developing immunity, and building physical strength are what are needed for the next part of your adventure.

Go slow. There’s no rush. You’re going to leave a trail in your wake anyway and it’s going to be beautiful no matter what it is. Where can you slow down? Are you in a time of perseverance? Are you in a time of reevaluating your pace in life? Reevaluate the balance between your masculine and feminine energies. Consider if there is somewhere you are doing too much and need to pull back. Consider if there is somewhere you’re feeling sluggish or falling behind.

The snail moves very slow. It is a hermaphrodite. Slow down. There is a need for a balance or redistribution of masculine and feminine energy somewhere.

Practice readiness. Strike when the time is right. An awakening is coming. Watch closely, be patient; read the room. Strike at the perfect moment! Practice safe sex and observe your sexual patterns as signs of the snake can release a sexual energy within that is very healing. If you’re feeling suffocated somewhere in your life; shed your skin. When the snake does not shed their skin it can be devastating to their life force. You’re going through a deep transformation within, and are outgrowing something that has been with you for some time. It’s okay. Let it go. It would be an appropriate time to detox your physical or emotional body. This can be through food, cathartic crying, talking with someone, or something else you decide upon. A new self is emerging. The process is already underway.

Trust your instincts. Seek peace and quiet. It's time to get cozy within. Whoever is around you right now wanting to be heard, consider how much their opinion or views may distract you or pull you from that knowingness within. When you trust yourself, you will navigate the Playing Field of Life light on your feet, leaping from site to site, and moving onward and forward on the path you create for yourself. Through this ease of movement, you will go far. You do not need to share or declare your goals, or release any ego energy in that regard; now is a time to do you, with your head down, with your own grace, and letting others see your accomplishments through the meaningful wake you leave behind you. Notice if there is a coldness around you somewhere in life, whatever that may mean to you. 

This is a time of great healing, bounteousness, and productivity. Recognize the supreme being within yourself at this time, and see the incredulousness in even the most basic and mundane tasks. How might you carry yourself with more healthy pride in the coming days? How might you call in greater self-respect and dignity; vast wells that are already alive within you. You are experiencing some kind of opening and healing within your very core, allowing you to spread and share healing more freely to the ones around you. Sing more, whistle more, or notice these things as they are happening in your waking life, as they are all bird calls that open your heart into healing old grief that may be lingering there — ready to fly away.

When Sting Ray shows up, it is a powerful omen for your emotional field. Recognize when it’s time to blend in to your environment and when you feel ready to move on. The Sting Ray floats calmly through its environments, considerate of how it uses its energy. It is not here to waste and expend energy irresponsibly, but calibrate to the space around it in order to be receptive to what’s happening in those spaces. Mistaken identity, premature conclusions, things not what they seem. The Viceroy, a yellow butterfly that looks like a Monarch, arrives when resemblance is mistaken for true identity. The butterfly is transformational, and the Viceroy reminds us that recognition often begins through familiarity, but a transformational truth is always revealed as we sustain the encounter and grow increasingly uncomfortable in our situation. Though this butterfly appears to imitate the orange Monarch Butterfly, it comes with its own authentic expression. It has its own strength, purpose, and medicine. It may mimic another butterfly, but it has its own substance, too; it is distasteful to predators. This omen invites careful observation before assigning an identity to something, and that things around you may not always be what they seem.
