You are welcome to journey quietly, and you are called to pay attention to what you find inside yourself. Inner Expeditions help you build a contemplative relationship between you and your inner terrain.

FAQs
Is this live?No. Beginning on the Blue Moon, you’ll receive weekly coordinates by email to guide you into each Expedition. Set aside 15–60 minutes weekly to journey privately.
Is this group-based?No. This is a solitary pilgrimage completed privately and at your own pace. There are no required calls, sharing, or group participation.
Is this scary/intense?It can feel emotional or immersive, but you are safe within your inner world. These Expeditions are designed to be supportive, cathartic, and empowering.
What if I don’t visualize?Not everyone visualizes clearly. You may experience sensations, memories, emotions, symbols, or simple knowing instead. Your way is the right way.
Do I keep access?All Expedition coordinates remain accessible throughout the duration of the Summer, ending on the September 22 Equinox.
What happens after purchase?You’ll immediately receive your onboarding instructions and coordinates for Expedition #1: Power Animal Retrieval. The remaining Expeditions unlock weekly beginning on the Blue Moon.
