This isn’t a set of decorating rules or a prescription for the perfect home. It’s a collection of starting points: ways to experiment with layout, boundaries, visibility, flow, atmosphere, and organization so your space feels more supportive to your body.

You don’t need to redesign your whole house. Start with one room and notice what changes.
